Bob Sanregret - Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board Bob Sanregret, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in California, has over 20 years experience in learning, distance learning and knowledge development. Bob blends his senior executive experience at three of the largest learning companies in the world, Sylvan, Global Knowledge and Learning Tree International, with his education and training to bring you Mobile Technologies. Bob has worked with over 50 companies and government organizations to define and design mobile technology content solutions. Martha Sanregret - Director Marti has over 20 years in educational sales and solutions development. She is passionate about education and has spent her entire career working in corporate education and eLearning. John Moriarty - Director John Moriarty, a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in California, has over 17 years experience researching and designing software and knowledge transfer solutions for F500 companies and educational institutions. John brings his senior executive experience at Learning Tree International to bring you focused and targeted mobile content solutions. Paula Bernard - Project and Support Manager Paula Bernard has over 13 years combined production, IT and executive management experience. She is Hot Lava's LMA and MDTS training and tech support specialist. Paula is a mobile content expert and authors a variety of programs for Hot Lava Software using the Learning Mobile Author (LMA) authoring software. She is passionate about mLearning and the many avenues for which it can be used. Heather Katz, PHD - Instructional Design Expert Dr. Katz has 15 years of expertise and seasoned services in the niche of education and curriculum, instructional systems design and technology, training, research and development, and human performance technology with concentrations in technology integration and the application of cognitive sciences and learning theory to the design and development of distributed and e/mobile learning environments with the goal of improving performance-based outcomes. Degrees include Ph.D., Curriculum and Instructional Technology; M.Ed., Special Education; B.S., Environmental Science. Memberships: ASTD, AACE, ISPI.
Barbara Walls - Administrative and Marketing Assistant Barbara has 14 years experience in software training and extensive experience in administrative management and customer support. She has authored application training manuals for use with government and commercial employees and is excited to be a part of the mobile learning generation. Mike Jenkins - Sales Representative Mike has over 12 years of executive sales experience and brings outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction. Mike is very informed on mobile learning and all the many aspects of how Hot Lava Software can be applied to mobile solutions. Mike has been involved with over 20 Fortune 500 Companies to help bring mobile learning to its employees. Aaron Altscher - Special Projects Coordinator Aaron Altscher comes from 7 years of sales, marketing, and operations background with a fortune 150, and many successful startup businesses. Altscher is an instructor of entrepreneurship at Howard Community College and MBA from a top ranked business school. He has appeared on NBC's The Apprentice and CNBC's The Big Idea with Donnie Deutsch. Morgan Savoia - Intern Morgan has come to us after graduating with honors locally and will be attending the University of Virginia in the fall. She has efficiently used her skills in writing, research and technology to reach and educate all ages in the area of mobile learning. James Geboski - Systems Engineer Leo Png - Mobile Content Expert Leo specializes in mobile content creation and development with Hot Lava's leading edge technology. He has personally created hundreds of modules in the areas of mobile learning, mobile survey, mobile web publishing, mobile magazine and mobile retail solutions. He has an MBA and Diploma in Electronics Engineering. He is also the President of the Hot Lava Asia Center of Excellence and Technical Support. John Miller CPA - Accountant John Fox - Advisor Michael Price - Advisor Alan Salisbury Phd - Advisor Dr. Alan Salisbury is an independent consultant on information technology and workforce development. He served as president of Learning Tree International for six years and currently serves on the boards of Sybase, Noblis and Avilar Technologies. He is retired from the Army, where, as a Major General, he had responsibility for all IT hardware and software systems development, acquisition and support worldwide.
